You should have a good plan and strategy to promote models and bring fans/subscribers to her/his OF profile

It is not a 1 man job, even if you do see those in BHW.

Full-blown agency is too much work for one person to do properly. I would recommend starting either as a recruiter or marketer for another agency. Get a feel of things.
and when you do start, get partners. Do not try to solo.

Disagree.

It depends on how much you know about digital marketing and the adult industry. I started a one man band agency and did pretty well out of it. Hired a few VA's for specific tasks but at one point I had 10 models under my belt and not one single full-time employee.

It can be done if you know what you're doing. My two cents.
 
running an OnlyFans agency is to familiarize yourself with the platform. This includes understanding the features, rules, and guidelines set by OnlyFans.

Sure if you have 10 models you send 5 tiktok videos a day, you can do it.

A proper agency not a chance. Even 3 is pushing it or you are just slacking.

Somehow there is this rumour going around that you can make million dollars alone while doing job of 7 people on your own without any starting capital.
