How to withdraw money from PayPal?

So i have PayPal which is limited and 180 days is past, and money is available for withdraw. I can withdraw it via US bank or Visa

Could anyone suggest me what should i do? I am not from US, so no bank account for that, and i don't have Visa.. any VCC that would work for this, or bank account?

Not going to do it with someone else, as i've already been scammed for 500$

Open a PP like account that is accepted in your country and send yourself the money from PP.

You could always send it to another similar site like moneybookers and withdraw that way

It's limited, i can't send it, i can only withdraw

You can not withdraw from the limited account unless you get the limit removed. So you'll have to lift the limit. Look around BHW for member: secondeye He may be able to help, he offers services for situations like this.

Wait 180 days for the limited to be lifted. They will send you an email after 180 days.

I CAN WITHDRAW THE FUCKING MONEY. the question is HOW? don't have bank in USA and don't have visa... maybe vcc or vba that would work for this?

You can withdraw this fucking money by making a 100 Inch Dick and then put it on paypal ass ! paypal have a big Hole in his ass and that's why u need big Dick!
Anyway i hate gaypal !

Do you have payoneer card? they offer USA virtual bank account for their card user.
and the accounts has ACH transfer enabled and from that you can easily withdrawals your pp money.

If you don't have payoneer then do some searching who provide virtual bank account which are ACH transfer enabled.

Guys remember after a permanent suspension you can only withdraw and not send it.
