I GOT SOME PPL WHO CAN WITH DRAW BUT ONLY IF 180 DAYS ARE DONE.

Do they give you an option to submit documentation? to lift the limitation. I would suggest calling paypal and-i know its a bit difficult but a bit of social engineering will do wonders depending on who is on the phone reviewing your case. No racism or anything but paypal workers from india/middle east of said workers of those nationalities generally are very by the book and will not lift it, but if you get lucky enough to speak to a customer service representative from the US (and hopefully from the southern states) they will be more likely to work with you to lift your account. (Southerners tend to be more hospitable) from there, if they give you the option to explain why your account was limited (for example discrepencies in user information) ask for a chance to prove yourself by providing documentation. That is actually my specialty (I know shameless promotion is shameless) but I can whip of documents needed to prove your identity, but in order to get to that step you need to be as charming as possible to whoever is speaking on the phone. With any luck you have a fighting chance.
My credibility: Been a member on BHW since 2012 and have been on ebay and paypal since that time. My BHW account is in good standing which shows im not some scummy scammer.

I had same problem half year ago. I called paypal. They asked my proof of address and proof of identity so I sent them my ID, my driver license and my electricity bill scanned, and that's it. Since than my account works just fine. You should try it too. Good luck!
