How to withdraw from M0neyb00kers anonymously?

I am getting money on m0neyb00kers but I don't want to pay taxes for that money.

How can I withdraw the money so that my name is not mentioned anywhere. Or maybe a fake name?!


I saw this exact question and the best answer was to order a debit card from p*ypal with a fake name. I don't know if that's possible with m0neyb00kers.
