How to Withdraw $4000 Paypal?

I have a Non-Us verified account and Payoneer.
I can only add US Bank account or Card for withdrawal and tried adding Payoneer bank details but it never worked (Paypal doesn't accept Payoneer withdrawals/banks anymore).
I've also searched for exchanges between Paypal and Payoneer, and never found any.

Is there a way to withdraw Paypal to Payoneer with minimal/small fees? Or maybe using a new Virtual Card which has great support and little fees as Payoneer?

Is your account limited ? if that's the case then you should find an third person you can trust.

If not, then just transfer the funds to any other paypal account or local bookie and cash out.

To op, there are many ways to withdraw the money. There is a VBA provider here on bhw that you can buy from and withdraw the money. Or if you dont care about the fees then there are some sellers on eBay who sell USD banknotes. Just search on eBay for more.

PayPal does accept Payoneer. Mine is still connected to It. Try to add your Payoneer account and if it can't be added then e-mail paypal from your account, they will then send you an automated reply to your email, to automated reply state your issue and it will be fixed. if they say there are problems with your bank then say you've spoken to your bank and all is well.

I did the same and my was able to add Payonner to my PayPal.

Hmm don't know why no one said this yet but BE EXTREMLY CAREFUL with person to person excahngers. No metter how legit the guy looks this is still the internet and there is always chance to be scammed. EXTREEEMLY CAREFUL

Why must it necessarily be Payoneer?
Why not just withdraw to a bank account you own in whatever country you reside?

Maybe no one has said so because it's inherently implicit. I guess we assumed he could take somewhat care of himself without parental supervision.

Dont wanna sound like an ass but if you dont need parental supervision you woudn't allow yourself to have 4000$ when you dont have 100% way how to withdraw it.

The account is old and in gulf and can't withdraw except to US bank.
As for account currency it is US with few amount to be converted.
The account was verified by Payoneer VCC but can't add the bank details for withdrawals.
I will be receiving monthly around 2K that's why I want to find a way to withdraw the money to card similar to Payoneer.

Were you successful with adding the Bank Account? It never worked for me.

Bank withdrawal is only to US Banks or Visa (Country Account has the following two options only)

Basically you add an account that has never been used. It has to be an actual bank, like Regions, SunTrust, BOA, Chase, etc..

This is just an exchange. No one needs to do anything but be kind from your heart and help the person out. Karma is a good reward system. 4,000 sent to your bank, 4,000 sent to this ilovelife unless they ask for Western Union or something that costs money. Then of course ilovelife is responsible. Just think if you were in this predicament, you'd want the same type of help. It's ludacris that someone would want some 30-40% of someone's earnings. I would understand if the account was limited.
