Around 3-4 months ago, I sold something to the buyer for $100 and delivered it. and after a few months, today he put a case on PayPal and said, someone, paid the money without his/her permission...

Can anybody help me, how can I overcome this situation?

It wasn't any physical products, don't have any receipt to attach for proof that I delivered.

I have faced this 12 years ago almost when I started with freelancing.
I don't think you can win this case.
Unauthorized transactions and chargebacks are always in buyers favor.
You can argue what's right/wrong but this system works that way.

That's sad. Now I have a negative figure of -22 dollar.
Can I still send/receive money while the case is open/under review?

I think yes as your screenshot says they have put hold on the transaction amount.
When you receive next payment they will deduct the -ve balance from that.

As per their terms, If buyer will place an Unauthorized transaction dispute more than 60 days, maybe there is a chance for you to win this case. Because PayPal's terms said that.

Hmm, Thanks for letting me know that. I'll try my luck. :/

You can win, just provide enough evidence that you delivered the product, the buyer will not have enough evidence .

Hmm.. Already messaged them. I'm now waiting for their response. :/

Do you have any chat conversation after the deliver? any proof of about enquiry for purchase with buyer emails?
If you got any you can use them for support

Can't find it on FB messenger

These are nearly impossible to win.
Unless you have proof that they are got what they paid for. Such as a message saying thanks for the work or something like that.
When I sell high value items on eBay I alway send a message saying about it getting delivered and they normally reply with a thanks or something. But with digital goods you do not have this.
Unauthorized transactions are always hard to win.

Its impossible to win unauthorized transaction.
The logic behind it is that the seller "You" should take proper steps to identify the customer to be real account holder not a hacker, For example asking driver license but asking ID for verification will cause more harms than goods and you will lose many legit orders.

Buyer used a stolen credit card and original owner of the card is claiming fraud. Hard to win this.

Proving you sent the item to a fraudster using a stolen credit card will not help.

Looks like, I had my luck with it. I didn't attach any screenshot or files as proof that I delivered the digital goods. I just told them, we had a conversation on FB messenger and he paid for a service and got it delivered on the same day and after 3 months, he's asking for the chargeback as an unauthorized transaction. Seems fishy to me. I also told them, I can't find the conversation history or screenshot to attach.
Well, it took around 3 days to solve the issue. However, I'm happy with Paypal.

Maybe they supported me, cz I have a full verified account or has no previous negative issues or chargeback. It was the first time and of course, using this PP account for 4 years.....

Seems like, it was easy for me to win, without even giving any proof. PayPal loves me. xD

Same thing has happened to me, they side with the buyer a good portion of the time even when you have proof of text/emails etc that they indeed receive the product/service. Just be lucky that its only $100. Cost of doing business in the online world unfortunately
