You can only be profitable (maybe) if you learn how the markets work. And, like other will probably mention, nobody is going to teach you how to trade. WIth that said, i recommend reading "Trading and Exchanges: Market Microstructure for Practicioners" by Larry Harris as a starting point in your learning journey. It is not related to crypto but you will definitely gain some good insights from it. After that, you can start trying to analyze markets using a variety of different approaches until you find one that suits you.

Trade with other people and let them hold your hand. There are a lot of free telegram and discord groups offering free signals from experienced traders and often do live trading sessions.

To win in crypto trading is not a bed of roses. You need to understand the market trend also without any mentor or teacher who can teach you how trading works or what is the best way to start or reach at the high level. My personal opinion is that every person should learn this from experienced person. Like pro trader. Otherwise there are more chances of loss than succeed.

Try to come up with a solid thesis based on valid arguments.
Example of a thesis : When BTC pumps, a few days the altcoins will follow and pump too.
Now trade based on this thesis but set clear price goal and always act rational.
Try to not get influenced by Fear or Greed. You can have fear when others feel greedy. You can also be greedy when others have fear.

whatever you decide to do, start with a small amount of capital first. you will fuck up. you will lose money. it's part of learning. expect it. it's better to learn with $1k and blow it than $25k. that comment about 10k hours is spot-on. there is no easy route. no one will hold your hand. there is no magic ebook or telegram/discord. i'd stay far away from the the majority of telegram/discord groups.. the markets are full of sharks. i'd suggest reading some reputable books on stock trading. many of the concepts apply to crypto. your own psychology and emotion is a huge factor you're going to have to get a handle on. you aren't just fighting other people, you'll be fighting yourself too. good luck.
