seriously I don't know what is white hat seo.. when ppl tell me white hat seo, mean u ask for guest posting, manual blog commenting and most of the time u write and HOPING ppl to link b to u..

rather than these?

Think outside the box mate. Like think what would people, media, government or charities want to link to? Infographics, PDF's, Surveys...all these things can create buzz, you can send these off to literally everyone and they will naturally appear. The hardest part is thinking of something interesting.
For example, I made an infographic based on the weather in the UK last month, which we sent off to all the newspapers, and it was included in 3 papers, with an online backlink to our site. You have to think what would you naturally link to without being paid.
Make a cool video on your site, do something controversial, what ever it is, think outside the box

You should also be very engaging with your users in social media, especially G+. It takes a lot of time, but if you don't do it, your competitors will.

This is probably the lowest-hanging fruit and the way you'll get the best results with the most accessibility. Making a social profile costs you nothing except time and creativity. It just takes work. But guess what?? That's what most people simply will not do - put in the work.

So claim as many keyword-rich social profiles as you can, and build them up. You will need to find the best sites to do this on (yourself) but here's a hint: look for social sites that allow you to participate. (Think of sites on which you can comment on other profiles or in some way get your profile name linked from someone else's profile.) It should go without saying (but I'll say it anyway) that your profile page should of course link to your site.

Also, remember that if you want to participate in social sites for the social aspects, the goal is to get access to other people's fans. So try to influence and connect with the influencers. You'll waste less time by doing that - as opposed to building up your own fan base.

In the last month or so, I have seen some positive SERP movement by almost solely engaging in claiming KW real estate as I described. I simply go to a social site, register a profile with one of my keywords, build a kickass profile (all by hand, and all original), and start participating on the site to get my profile indexed. I periodically continue to participate so my profile will gain authority. You know what I ultimately want? I want one of the most valuable profiles on that site. And I want my profile to stick - which is why I put actual effort into it.

Do this one thing, and I can pretty much guarantee you'll have success.

Guest posting would be considered grey-hat now, I believe. A truly natural link is one that is freely given to you without your involvement/influence. Of course there is the argument that G cannot tell which is which....yet

read sticky threads in white hat seo.You will learn a lot.White hat link building takes lot of time but it stays for ever.

White hat is what you get without asking for it. Now if you want something then think black hat and go get it.

Some advanced backlinking techniques,
- Forum posting
- Social bookmarking
- RSS feed submission
- Backlinks from social networking websites
- Link baiting
- Link pyramid

Since manual link building is quite a tedious task, this is why I have been using ?Keyword Country?. this is not a link building tool, but this tool helps you a lot in finding sources for quality link building.

what i know about white hat links building is you must create manual backlink, submit your site manually, create article in other site and give backlink to your site... but it is wasting time...

Just stick to the search engine best practices guidelines. If you find it hard, learn what all not to be done and that teaches you what is white hat.

For links building some techniques you should be use like PDF submission, slide submission.

So what is White Hat SEO?

White Hat SEO methods are the approved, natural ways of building traffic to your website which are well document in The Google Webmaster Guidelines. These techniques often make for a pleasant user experience, and more importantly, they follow the rules and regulation of search engines.
