You use the wp-rocket plugin for automate optimize. Also Reduce CSS and Java Script.
 
I think this happen many reasons and some import issue check below. Speed issues come from heavy images, too many scripts, bad hosting, or bloated themes/plugins. Tools show different results 'cause each tests a bit differently (Lighthouse, GTmetrix, etc.).

Free Tips:
  • Use LiteSpeed Cache (if on LiteSpeed server) or WP Rocket (paid).
  • Compress images with TinyPNG or ShortPixel.
  • Use Cloudflare free CDN. (Maximum site use this)
  • Remove unused plugins/themes.
  • Lazy load images/videos.
  • Minify CSS/JS. (Autoptimize or built-in in cache plugins)
Advanced Tips:
