How to warmup US tiktok ad account?

I ran bh offers on a canadian tiktok ad account and my metrics were consistently low, $4/5 cpms, but now once I've made a new US tiktok ad account running bh, the metrics are constantly above $10 cpms. Any fix to this? I heard about warming up the ad account with wh offers but I thought this was always speculation? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

no bro , cpm has nothing to do with warming up your account , change your video , title , thumbnail to reach more people then your cpm will be cheaper

you can lower those costs with a good ad, as the previous user said it has nothing to do with the account.
 
Warming up a TikTok ad account can definitely help lower CPMs. Running WH offers initially is a common practice to build trust with the algorithm. Start with a few low-risk campaigns using high-quality, engaging content targeting broad audiences. Gradually scale up with consistent spending over a week or two before introducing BH offers. Also, test different creatives and targeting to see what brings CPMs down, it might take some tweaking
 
There is no heat like WH product, about high or low CPM I think it depends on the content of the video you are running whether it is really for viewers to receive or click on it or not.

You don't need to warm an ad account...of course, don't start with $10k per day, but otherwise, you don't need to keep warming it with useless link click campaigns

Running WH offers, which are considered low-risk and high-quality, can help build a positive performance history.
Maintain consistent ad activity and avoid long periods of inactivity
 
As far as I know cpm has nothing to do with warming up your account. Have you tried changing your video, title, thumbnail to reach more people then your cpm will be cheaper.
