how to warmup twitter accounts manually?

i have about 1000 aged accounts and i would like to save them as much as i can so i left them more than 1 year and now i would like to warmup them to be able to use them, any suggestion?

Start by slowly reintroducing activity on each account to avoid suspicion. Logging in once every few days for the first few weeks is a good way to start.

Yeah, don't overdo interactions and span them out over 24 hours. Also, expect captcha checks regardless of your setup. Tends to happen to accounts that have been inactive for a long while then suddenly going back on.
