How to warmup IG accounts on Desktop

Hi guys,
I'm wondering whats a good method to warmup IG accounts from desktop. I think its very suspicious if you login to IG website (and even more when using desktop) compared to using a phone.

Do you guys use emulators for this to emulate a phone? How do you warm up?
