How to warm up new account?

I want to create a meme account, but I think Instagram is very strict for a new account. Around 19-30 like actions then I received "action blocks".

I know new account has low trust score.
I want to grow and increase my trust score, any recommendations?

Do you have a website on the profile? Like any website? Sounds random but IG is robotic that may help you a bit on a new account.
