I have incogniton and some google accounts. What do I need to do to warm these up before leaving reviews for my business? How much search volume and how long should I use the account before leaving a review?

The email warm-up process starts by sending manual emails to your friends and colleagues to build a conversation. In the beginning, you should send 10-20 individual emails from the new email account.

I am interested in using the accounts for reviews. Where I got the accounts they advised not using these accounts for sending emails. So is there a different process for warming up google accounts which are to be used for review posting on GMB not for sending mass emails etc.?
