I recently learned that Google is banning warm-up services, rendering warm-up tools ineffective for Gmail accounts.

I'm curious to know how you approach email warm-ups.

Do you prefer manual methods? Does subscribing to newsletters helps? Or purchasing an older domain in your niche?

You could check AccountSpeeder. It is a special warm up tool.

Send emails to influencers , 90% will reply back so make conversations with them and that's it
that's a nice way to do it.
Find people that are expecting anon emails and use them to warm your accounts.

You could actually scale it with something like openai api to make it actually believable

I'd actually written an article about this a few days ago.

Here are some blackhat methods I mentioned:

  • Out-of-office replies

Very often you will receive out-of-office replies, especially when sending to large lists. Don’t discard them, keep them in a “warming up” list. These are excellent for gaining engagement with spam filters.

  • People expecting unsolicited emails

You know, people like influencers and people who give out their email addresses to get information, etc. Don’t send them a sales email, send them a general enquiry email. For example, influencers, send them a mass email asking if they do shoutouts, their cost, etc.

  • Fake your footer

Now I don’t normally advise faking anything in footers, but this one works rather well, especially if you send it to Influencers. Don’t add any signature at the bottom, except your name, and then below that add: Sent from my iPhone This really gives the impression to the person receiving the email that you have individually sent them a personalised email by hand. Obviously, your “from name” should match your name at the bottom, so they would see John Smith sent the email, signed John at the bottom of the email and sent it from his iPhone. Don’t send from “Awesome SEO company” as the display name.

having been a mailer for a long time the one thing I know for sure is that you got to warm up your own servers wiht your own data yourself. follow the schedule of sendgrid. google it and use your own messages and send to your own data. generate replies, repond to those replies and create engagement. Use a desktop client like thunderbird to send the replies from. This is what tells the google filters that there is a real human behind this email address and they mean business and are not email broadcasts

This is absolutely THE best way to do it. You've nailed it once again @Paranoid Android

The process of building up a good reputation with email service providers (ESPs) and preventing a spam report is known as "warming up" an email. When sending emails from a new domain or IP address or when sending more emails, this is very crucial. Consider these actions to properly warm up an email: Use engaged email lists when you begin, and start small. raise the volume gradually, watch the metrics, and Put your attention on high-quality material. keep your mailing habits constant, Check your email's authenticity, and your IP address before using it.
bro, i'm wondering how to check ip is clean. do you have some solutions

When it comes to warming up an email, there are a few strategies you can use. Firstly, start by introducing yourself and your purpose for writing the email. This helps to establish a connection with the recipient and makes the email feel more personal. Additionally, try to include a compliment or reference something you admire about the recipient or their work. This can help to build rapport and make them more receptive to your message. Finally, be concise and clear in your message, and make sure to end with a call to action or next steps. By following these tips, you can warm up your email and increase the chances of a positive response.

Warming up an email involves gradually increasing sending volume, maintaining good engagement, and avoiding spam triggers. Subscribing to newsletters and using established domains can contribute to better email deliverability, but there's no one-size-fits-all approach.

Not at all, that depends on your product or service you provided and the commissions. Also, if we send more than 20 emails one day, a few emails are moved into the spam folder. I encountered this problem before. So, I would send emails to those who didn't answer me with another Gmail account.

I won't have any product or commission
I will just ask about the shoutout prices

Hey that's a new method I have not thought about it before, thanks.

There are plenty of warm-up services that are still working after the Google ban. For example, Instantly.ai uses IMAP for email sending and hence their warmup services are working even after the ban.

As someone mentioned before me, you could try sending inquiries to influencers and have a good response rate.

Another trick (since you are in the SEO forum): Pick up a database of sites that allow guest-posts (many vendors in the link-building marketplace are giving their database of sites). Now randomly send inquiries to a few sites every day.

I recommend warming up each email for at least 2 weeks before sending any cold or warm emails.

Start with a personalized greeting, show appreciation, reference a previous interaction, express gratitude for their time, or mention a previous conversation or meeting to remind them of your connection. And briefly explain the purpose of your email and why it is relevant to the recipient.
Besides, I heard one tool named AtomEmailPro has an email warm-up function. You can check it.

* The primary purpose of email warm up is to deliver your email right into the recipient's inbox.
* You have to create engagement. One way out is sending emails from other email accounts and replying to them using your new account.
* Keep up the conversations: Don’t just send one-way emails. Engage with your recipients by replying to their messages, asking questions, and providing value.
This will show email providers that you are a legitimate sender and not a spammer
* At the end of the day, email warm up can significantly improve the open rate of your emails (as well as their CTR and CTOR).

To warm up your email account, gradually increase the volume of emails you send, engage with subscribers, maintain a consistent sending schedule, authenticate your emails, and monitor deliverability metrics. Subscribing to newsletters and purchasing an older domain in your niche can indirectly contribute to building credibility and engagement.

I used AtomEmailPro to preheat emails, you can check it out. I don't know if you need this kind of tool.
