How to Verify USA PayPal Accounts???

My experience is that P*yP*l are very crafty at tracking multiple IDs. I recently had a "spare" account shutdown. I had created it using separate IP, name, address, real CC, I'd cleared all cookies and traces (or so I thought). Still can't figure out how the bastards busted me. Got a polite e-mail inviting me to shut down my 3rd account as this was in violation of their T&C's. They started looking at the new account because it was associated with an auction that they deemed suspicious ($300 item that I actually owned, but offered through a new 0 feedback e*bay account).

Do the following and you will be in the clear for a sometime before they begin asking you for a Social Security.
Remember, PayPal now conducts a soft credit check on most and I repeat most of their seller members and some buyers. So initially this will work, but in the end, PayPal is a complete DEAD END.
When they request that Social Security Number, shut down and move on. The good part about them your social is the fact that they don't limit your account, they just flag it, which means you will still be able to send and receive money without any problems.
However, you are on a time frame to submit that information to them before they officially shut you down. During that period (I would say around 2 weeks to 3 weeks) sell sell sell, ship everything, get your money and begone. Start over fresh.
To Properly Verify your Paypal account:
1- Go to the nearest Giant Gas Station and purchase yourself the $25.00 NONE-Refillable All Access Gift Card. This is a visa gift card that actually typically expires within 2-3 years. The gift card gives you the ability to put any name, phone number and address on it as many times as you would like without any worries.
2- Go to Wamu (Washington Mutual) and create yourself a LIGITMATE bank account. Don't ever give the bank fake information, you will be dealing with Homeland Security within days!
3- Go to PayPal, submit your credit card information (make sure you keep track of the information you put on the card, Use Fake Information) does not matter, just make sure you are not giving them any information you have used in the past on either eBay or GayPal (By the way, eBay and GayPal are now linked which means they are always speaking with each other, any slip on both accounts will ultimatley cause loss of the account).
4- Provide the Bank account information, and even if you are not using your real name, no worries, PayPal can't get your information from Wamu and many other banks, it is your privacy and you have the right to keep yourself anonymous.
5- You can verify your account through 3ed party by providing them login information, but I highly recommend making the deposits.
Verify both your paypal and eBay accounts using the same card, they will make deposits and your card will take them as their is a $25.00 balance on their.
I recommend getting yourself a PO Box and changing your address in the near future to the PO box. eBay does not like PO Boxes, so do it softly and quietly.
eBay now also does Phone verifications, which means the minute you list an item for sale, a phone call will be placed on the number provided. If you have used the number you have right now before on eBay or PayPal, get yourself a prepaid phone for $10 at Radio Shack. Make sure to answer and follow the instructions precisely.
Start slow! Don't run before you can learn how to walk! Don't list 100s of items, and remember the thumb of the rule "Wait for 30 days, and your account will most likely last 3 months!" Meaning, if you wait for 30 days after the creation of your eBay account, your account will last longer!
Always format your hard drive, eBay and GayPal are using top of the line tracking scripts that are within images, emails and software related to eBay and their third party affiliates. Meaning, they will find out who you are, even if your cookies are erased. I have had that happen in the past.
Last I have always recommended a merchant account rather than using GayPal. eBay will always ask an account post September of 2007 to fax them a statement from their Merchant account processor. You know what to do to make sure that information matches, I would rather not release it.
I am only helping those who need help. But this in no way shape or form is to be used in conducting fraud or any other corrupt conducts. I know some people make their living on eBay and eBay basically shuts their lives down for ever when they NARU that account. Get back, get strong and stay invisible. Good luck!
