How to verify phone on Instagram?

I'm getting lately alot of phone verification on my accounts.I am using textnow to verify my accounts but lately Instagram doesnt allow alot of textnow number's so I need to find a better solution.Is there any other way i can verify my accounts?Also how many accounts could I verify with 1 phone number?
