Hello, I already have a verified paypal, but I want the option to send as family and friends which I don't have on my verified paypal account.. I have 4$ on my paypal account and 2$ on my credit card, I opened a new paypal account and I want to verify it, any recommended VCC or ways to verify a paypal account with 6$?

Which country Paypal you want to verify?
I prefer USA but anything is ok if I can send money as "friends or family"
