How to verify Paypal account after perm. limitation?

I was permanently limited from PayPal. So I need to know how to make a new PayPal. I was thinking of getting a nFinance card.

Any help is appreciated.

In order to get a new paypal account you should delete your old account and make a new account from then very beginning.
That will make you answer as far as i know.

Also, those prepaid cards put up flags for PayPal an will get you limited. There is a thread in the BST section for certified paypals.

Bullshit. You can't delete (close) your old PayPal account once it's permanently limited.
