How to verify Indian PayPal

As expected, Indian PP sucks. First, for confirming my bank account, I need to enter the EXACT amount of two small deposits they made. Now PP must have made the deposits in Dollars and those will show up as Indian Rupees on my account. So, how can I know the EXACT value??

Second, even after correctly adding PAN No. it says - "verification in progress". How long it might take to resolve?

Any light on these issues?
