How to verify Gmail account?

Hello guys, now here is the problem I am trying to make a Gmail account which actually I need a few but it keeps asking me to verify by sms like use a USa number which I can't so how can I verify the Gmail and make accounts please help.

If it's asking verification using predefined number then no way.
Or else change country by dropdown use smspva

Buy numbers, or try to create using mobile phone sometimes it wont ask for phone number.

Try creating gmail accounts from android, it sometimes works for me.

If Google asks for phone verification it means you are flagged. Creating Google accounts shouldn't require a phone number.
If you wanna create account anyway you should use a disposable phone service like smspva.

If the device passes Safetynet then it won't block (considering the IP is clean as well)
