I have a few working methods, it's not as simple as trying an alternate payment source. You need to do alot of testing to figure it out.
It is really hard to verify facebook ads account. facebook will not support paypal which is verified by vcc or vba. but in bd lot of people success about it. it will cost forteen LR.and i am damn sure you will be success. everyday lot of people buying it from me.

Well if you need to add any payment gateway, you have use that in starting it mean while creating an account or after getting fresh account add it.
There are so many ways to add pp easily. But be aware that pp is not used before on fb.
