How to verify Facebook Ads?

Can anyone one know, how to verify Facebook account for Ads. I got Facebook ads coupon of $50 but when I tried to add Paypal as funding source, Paypal account give me error of

"We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the recipient's website to complete your transaction using their regular checkout flow."

My Paypal is verified by VCC and also got $140+ balance in Paypal account.

Anyone who can tell me any trick to verify Facebook ads accounts or how to create multiple VCC for Facebook, I'll buy your method.

Also, I'll give you free 5 Adwords and Facebook coupons of $50 who tell me any method except entropay.

Just use your credit card lol why do you need a VCC.

even if facebook bans your account, it's incredibly easy to get going on facebook ads again.

if you plan on doing shady shit, then create your own lander which then leads to the offer that is questionable by the FB ToS.

And if i were you i'd probably delete these campaigns every few days and fire up replicas just to avoid a plethora of reports and investigation into your account.
 
I got hundreds of Facebook coupons, that's why multiple funding sources required to use these coupons.

I also wonder ,why this guy is not got banned .Maybe rules has changed and now everyone can selling evreywhere ;)
