Hello! You need at least two documents. First is to approve your business name as license. Second is to approve your adress as a Utility bill.

do what OKFB said, you need a proof of your business license that contains your name, also your verified domain should contain your name clearly, also it's better to provide a TAX proof.
For the Address it's less stricter, a utility bill or bank statement is enough.
