Is this just clicking the links that come in the verification mails?
Are the verifications for the same site or is it a selection of sites - I have done it before in Ubot, at a guess any automation software should be able to help you out though.
As Fatboy said it can be done with any custom bot capable of reading mails and opening the links in the message body. It will be easy if you use POP mails for verification.
