Hey there!
I feel like sharing a bit, so I'll share. It's good for karma as well.
I know it must be a pain in the ass to get your Facebook accounts and BOOM. They want government ID. This sucks! I had this problem, so I decided to solve it. How did I do it?
Easy! Just send me $199 to my PayPal. Kidding...

Okay, first of all, if this seems illegal or any way abusive to others, please delete this thread admin.

You will need the following:
1. A good quality (actually, superb quality) vector graphic government issued ID card that can be edited in PS. They CAN be found on the Internet, you just have to look in the right places. Please, please and please, if this illegal in your country, don't do this. Also, don't try and make fake ID's that you plan to use in abusive ways. Just don't and if you do, fuck you and I will personally report you to the fucking FBI if I have to.
2. Better than average PS skills, there are lots of tutorials on the web. Focus on making things look "natural". Use blur, sharpen, etc., you know the drill.
3. A locked Facebook account, use a normal image that looks like a proper picture for an ID card.
4. An empty plastic card that has the same dimensions as an ID card. Can be obtained pretty easily.
5. A good camera on your phone.

How do you do it? Easy!
1. Open the ID and the picture you plan to use in PS.
2. Crop the image so it has a transparent background and cut out everything besides the face and top part of the torso.
3. Edit your desired ID to match the data.
4. Put the two pictures together.
5. Now you should use some tools that PS has to offer. Blur, sharpen, etc., there are lots of useful tools there. I use blur often.
6. Blackout things like your number of the ID, etc... Basically, black out everything that is not needed.
7. Submit to Facebook.
Also... DON'T YOU DARE TO USE THIS FOR SOME SHADY ILLEGAL SHIT!
