How to varify Us Paypal Account?

Hi,
As far i know Vcc cannot be Used to varify US Paypal account.now what is the solution? how can i varify a Us paypal by not giving actual paypal credit card/Us bank account?Is there any seller who sell Us bank account(fake just like vcc) to varify Us paypal?

You have to use a VCC with AVS (Address Verification System) + a debit card accepted by PayPal.. First it was VMI (not anymore). try with a PLIMUS card..
