How to use Web 2.0s for PBN boost?

Hi guys, so i'm taking on the advice of everyone and building web 2.0 sites to point to my pbn.
I was planning on making one account per web 2.0 and then writing mini articles on each web 2.0 to point at the different pbn sites - is this correct and what I should be doing? So each web 2.0 might have initially 10 mini articles each pointing at one site in my PBN?
Of course adding to it regularly, but initially is this what is the best practice for a booster network?

Diversify the links to other sites in your pbn to make it more natural, instead of pointing one whole web2.0 article links to one site.

Also use some tier backlinking to your web2.0s to strengthen them.

Nothing wrong with that setup, just use tiers to make sure your network is safe and always be in full control of the tier one so you can pull the plug if something happens.

Was gonna mention that, keeping the tiers topped up seems like a good plan. After a month or two you might notice the power slipping if you don't replace the lost links at the bottom of the pyramid.
