ya, you upload it to your php/mysql compatible server ( as well as cronjob )
you setup the script though install which should open once you access index.php
so you setup just as it says in the admin panel in the help page.

I'm using it but I'm having trouble installing. The video "step by step" instructions aren't actually step by step. Some folders are named differently and its really frustrating. If I can't get it to install I'll have to get a refund or charge back. Also they want 47 USD to install it for you so it almost seems like its on purpose...but I want to give Norman the benefit of the doubt and think he didn't mean to make it so confusing.

I sent a support ticket about the price of the complete version (I paid 297 for it, and they want another 97 usd to make it complete with social networks.) This support ticket was never answered.
