How to use Tweethunter with Twitter account on proxy?

Hello community,
I have 50 Twitter accounts to manage, all account is connected with hidemyacc + proxy for each account. This part is working well. But now i have to use TweetHunter, how can i do that? What is the process?
How TweetHunter could use proxy? Dont think so.
Do you have any idea about how to do Tweethunter + proxy?
