How to use the same profile picture without getting phone verification?

After you change the md5 did you checked if it is really changed ?
I do it with paint, open picture put a litle black circle somewhere or a simple dot.
Where nobody see it save as a other file name.
Md5 changed.

When you upload picture do you edit other things as well ?
