Internet Explorer:
Go to Tools> Internet Options> Connections> Lan Settings> Use a proxy server for your lan(these settings will not apply to dial-up or Vpn connections) > Advanced> Socks:
fill in the address and its port:
Firefox:
Go to Tools> Options> Advanced> Network> Settings> Manual proxy configuaration, enter the address of the sock!
