I have had a hard time trying to figure out how I can use question keywords. Unlike regular longtails which can be easily integrated into an article, question keywords can't be used more than twice at most.

Example
" balls dangling on the floor" can be used multiple times, but "why are my balls dangling on the floor" can't be used so many times.

In the above scene, what do I do? Do I just write a post that answers the question or, am I supposed to find another keyword and incorporate it?

In those scenarios, it's most about rewording your sentences to match the keyword topic.

So, for instance using your example:
- Why are my balls dangling on the floor
- Learning why your balls are dangling on the floor
- How to prevent my balls from dangling on the floor

Variations of those sentences used 2 or so times across the articles should keep you on topic, but also within a good keyword density range.

Though, unless you're looking for ballsack skin surgery, I'm pretty sure you're SOL.

Yes , you don't have to keyword stuff the question. Even using once in title and meta is fine.
Just make sure sites like brainy etc are not ranking. People are searching for answer to brainly or some test. They dont want to read blogs. This will cause high bounce rate.

Why are my balls dangling on the floor? >> Is it normal that my balls dangle on the floor>> Do other people's balls dangle on the floor? >> What should I do if my balls dangle on the floor?>> can I prevent my balls from dangling on the floor?

There's 1200 words, go write your article.

Use 5-10 max, most relevant ones in the faq section.
Use the others as blog posts and interlink those to the main article.
Don't overuse keywords in interlinking mix them with generic anchor texts.
You can use a few variations of the same questions but don't overuse them, unless you can add something extra to the topic.

When you write content, focus on answering the question rather than repeating it over and over. Both Google and your users will appreciate it.

So many answers, thanks! But any direct experience?

I have written 16 articles so far, and all my articles with the keyword in A H2, and the meta description are ranking No1 on bing, but it's not on the first page yet, on google.

I will experiment with your suggestions since we are all after--doing well on Google, not only on bing.

You don't have to stuff in these keywords anymore
Google understands search intent really well
If your post answers the query, it will be ranked and might win a snippet
