OK, I have a site which is about a month old with 60-80 visitors per day. Should I use prstorm with this site. I'm asking because I read somewhere that I should not use prstorm with new site because google suspects large number of backlinks for new sites.

I think you just start off with a small url list to begin so you are not adding too many links too fast. You want it to look natural.
