for scraping few links: neta scraper + foot prints - you find them on this forum.
for proxies: proxifier + fresh socks5 proxy lists - you find them on google.
proxifier is free for the first month and it shouldn't take more than 30 min to accommodate.
just don't ping to many sites... few hundreds is enough for the beginning. better ping many times with different proxies.
