How to use PRSTORM effectively (Settings)

I use a URL harvester for my won URLS and i've heard a lot fo people like HARRO who get good success with it (apparently).

I've used the search function and tried pming harro himself but ic an't find anyone who uses it to good effect actually sharing what settings they use and how often they use it.

I put mine on between 1-6 pings and 2,500 URLS and 4 of my websites. I have not seen any results in my backlink checher yet.

I find i get a surge of visiotrs but then ti drops off to less than i had before i used it? I know one of my most targeted keywords ahs dropped off google completely too.

So, can we clean this up and someone who uses PRSTORM well tell us how it can be used?

I use the same settings this guy uses, works great for me, anyway its a nice write up.

he goes through every step including settings, like i said I made mine like his and it works well.
