Can u just add the proxy to a browser easer or noFirst, you have to buy a proxy server. Then you have to go wifi advanced option. In there, you can find the manual proxy input option. You have to manually put your IP and port to the active proxy on your android. It would be better if you watch a tutorial on YT.
