How to use proxies for PP?

Hello!

I am from russia and i can not receive money with PayPal. So i will create a account in europe with a VCC, but i dont know how to use a proxies.

Can anyone please tell me how it works or show me a thred where it explains.

This is not true, Create a PP account using a country which you can receive money (where you are allowed to withdraw money to your credit card). Use a credit/debit card which has a 'VISA' Logo to verify your PP account, after you verify your account you can simply withdraw money to your card. You can use proxy of the relevant country to login your PP, but if you are using public proxy to access PP this may be risky !!! & don't do any suspicious activity with your PP

or maybe just make a friend in another country and have them help you when you need it
