hi guy, i really need help

yesterday i saw a cool offer somewhere on internet to buy an ebook. i wanted to buy it but payment mode was paypal only.
when i entered my axis bank' card number it said "transaction cant be completed"! (paypal is restricted for indians i think ):(
this is not the first time.
any suggestions for this? any trick to send and receive payments from paypal

Here is what i did when receiving money thru paypal wasnt available in my country, its a bit blackhat but its working since then : i opened a new credit card for free in another country, then i made a paypal account with that credit card, when you fill out the info on a paypal registration page, you do everything as it is, but when its about your country then put in the country where your credit card is from and it will work, but you have to make a credit card in a country where paypal is available.

Hope it helps its working for me.

Sounds interesting but vague. If you don't want to post in public, can you PM me the country name?

i am searching for a good vcc provider in india,
but how to shop at those who accept only paypal
After You Add The Cc Or Vcc To Paypal ,It(Paypal) Will Work Fine For Online Payments :D

Just Get a Sbi Gold CC

one more thing i want to ask.
i have heard that there is 7 days restriction for paypal users in india. So i cant hold money in paypal account for more than seven days.
so can i transfer money from my paypal account to VCC?, or i have to deposit in my bank account itself?

You hold a axis bank account right? They You can create a VCC in your bank portal itself. There is a option to create VCC.... Check it out. It is much better than external agents.
