No he didn't . Fake followers on Instagram wouldn't help that much(if any).

Powerlikes and panels are not same.

1. Yes. 0 to 300k Followers in 5 Month. Just via panels. Not talking about fake followers here - just a tactic to boost your video to explore for a huge amount of time.
2. No not at all. If we think about how the algorithm works in it's base you need more engagement. Timing and amount is a huge part to think of which is probably from account to account different.
HINT: Search for the real likes or saves from real accounts. Can be a bit of a struggle as everybody claims the likes are from real users while they come from a account farm.
