Guys, do you have any examples or tutorials about using keywords in text?
For example, in first paragraph the best way to use "HOW TO USE KEYWORDS". In the second paragraph "tips about USING OF KEYWORDS" and in the last "in this article we will describe HOW TO USE relevant KEYWORDS in my article" ... Hope you understand what I'm talking about. Thanks

The question you seem to be asking is how to make your keywords fit "in" to your text. Glad your asking a lot of people try to do what is known as "keyword stuffing" and get traffic, but no actual readers.
Anyways let's get started. First off all, don't stuff your article with keywords, you're writing for search engines, but also writing for people to. No one want's to read

"We are the best dog walkers, and because we are the best dog walkers, we pride ourselves at being the best dog walkers, that's why we are the best dog walkers" It's pretty obvious my keywords were "best dog walkers" and I was just STUFFING that with my keyword, people want to read real HQ content, not just someone stuffing there articles with keywords to rank in Google. A better way to word this would be "We are currently considered the best dog walkers in [area here] you won't be disappointed, we are considered the best dog walkers because [HQ reasons here]. Not sure how good of an example that was but I think you get the gist of it. It's all about not just stuffing your articles with keywords, write for people not just search engines.

There's a great text about kw density here on BHW somewhere. It has all you need to do it right.

You know what? Forget about it completely, can you do it? if you can't, it should quit Immmmmm

Write a quality content at your topic it will automatically refer several time to your keyword.

As others have said, Write naturally and it should come together.
Search "Keyword density" as mentioned by bartosimpsonio.
Also look into on-page seo, there's a lot of really informative threads/posts on BHW that not only mention the stuff you can do to the page as a entirety, But they also cover different examples of a perfectly optimised POST.

This is a awesome place to learn..all you need to do is ask questions to get pointed in the write direction:)

I personally advising my clients that won't stuff the keywords many times in the article because people will get irritating while reading our articles. As a reader you must think about content quality while you searching for informative content.

Try to use ur keywords in subheadings like?

Why to go with Dog walkers?
Dig Walkers in your perspective
