how to use GSA search engine ranker "properly"?

Hi
I have recently been playing around with GSA SER. But i dont know how to use it "properly"
like with scrapebox, you cant just blast away, you have to use it correctly or your site will get penalized.
Is it the same case with GSA SER? what are the wrong ways and the right ways of using it? I watched the 5 youtube videos on it, but those are very basic, the guy just went over all the features and that was it.

The manuals and guides are pretty much all you need, the rest is point and click(and never forget right click. i love context menus)

I don't think I've watched videos on any software except xrumer and imacros. Even scrapebox made plenty of sense and screenshots were more than enough.

Using GSA properly is about two things: your settings and your ability to identify new targets to post on. The proper settings can be found on the forums. Identifying targets when GSA is scraping involves making sure your proxies don't get banned (ALWAYS use dedicated private proxies for search engines) OR buying auto approve lists for GSA. Huge tip: buy 5 shared private proxies on Fiverr for PR checking; will prevent your main dedicated private proxies from getting banned so fast.
 
Using gsa is also about those targets which no one can get their hands on. Use hrefer + gscraper to build a huge sitelist and then combine them to get links which almost no one will ever get. Remember not everyone will get xrumer and hrefer comes with it so use it. The more you try things yourself and keep it for yourself the sooner you will realize it's potential.

Rightly said. Once you build a list, it's pretty much done. All you need to do is use Global List "verified" everytime. It will hardly take 30 mins --1 hr for each run depending upon your speed and no. of threads you are running.
 
Hey, there are many guides for this but in short words you should limit daily amount of links being created, and also you should vary them as much as possible

Would like to check, do i index my Tier 1 link by index tools ?
I am using indexificaton.

Or i only sent my tier 2 to index, let them auto find my tier 1 .
Does Tier 3 also apply ?

Seriously, I'm completely lost using this the tool! I have read lots of reviews concerning the tool and they all appear positive. I will really like to use this tool for the benefit of my site which has been struggling with traffic for the past two years. Can anyone help me because this is my first time of using any seo tool? Seriously, I don't know what to do first but I'm a good learner.
