1. Access https://obsproject.com/download#mp
2. Choose Studio version> Windows and click Download
3. Install Program
4. Open the program
5. Click on File in the top menu, then settings and Stream
6. Choose from the list Facebook Live

Facebook Live settings
1. visit your page that you want to emit live
2. Click on the top menu publishing_tools
3. Click Video from the left menu
4. up menu you live
5. opens a window where you Stream Key.
6. Key in the program stream copy above
7. Click apply and ok
8. Click ad scean from the bottom menu. give it a name that you want
9. The ad sources and select the source VLC, click and then opens a window where you will be asked to add media files
10. Start Stream
