How to use .edu and .gov properly for getting backlink? Where should I put my link without spaming.

What is the right way of posing link on .gov and .edu site?

Any EDU or government link will be good. The best link you can get though, is a PR EDU / GOV. So try and find one with PR authority and hell, excellent link. As for where to post, Id assume anywhere.

You should write really good articles/comments on those sites and You will get backlink from them
