How to use bought google adwords accounts?

Hi, I know someone who is selling google adwords accounts with about $400 balance for very cheap. Legally obtained so no illegal stuff like carding etc. He's telling me that I need to learn how to use the account properly to avoid getting banned but I don't plan on promoting anything that isn't against the adwords TOS.
Is there anyone else who's done this before and do you know what i should look out for/do when using such an account? Thanks

Using public proxies will get you banned in no time. They are using promotional coupons to get account. so you need to be careful while running campaigns.
 
They are sensitive to almost everything, but if you will run ads that wont Be against theyr tos, you will Be okay

Still if we run non profit campaigns, there is no use of accounts.
And if you need to run campaigns, you need to run in creative way.

The method is based off one where you advertise a giveaway and have the CPA ads on the thank you page. Another one is just a blog i wanna run and get some traction to attract people.
I didn't see anything against the first idea, but wanted to be sure i wasn't missing anything. Also would i need to warm up the account in any way or can i just post an ad and start?

And last question is if i need to use a landing page to redirect to my main website because i'll be using multiple accounts to promote the website (not all at once)
 
Can you please tell me where you bought the AdWords account. Am looking for such AdWords accounts with money in it for cheap price.
 
You will almost certainly get the account suspended. I would bet money on that if I could, because you have no idea how the account was created and what shortcuts were taken so that alone should make you run away.
 
Ask your supplier to provide guidelines and instructions to use the account safely. Without them, you are bound to fail.
