I have 500k backlink list "wiki edu gov...etc" But the problem I do not know how to use them
I want to Submit them legal way "not spamming"

You need a posting tool. For blogs you can use scrapebox. For wiki links you can use tools like WikiBomber, WikiRobot or others.

Using automated tools is some kind of spamming because you should use spin text articles
500k is a big list and you can't do it manually
I am using ultimate demon and it makes a good submit rate
