How to use an email list

Hi.

I have an CSV with emails, about 150k email addresses. Is there any cheap or possibly a free method to send email to them other than using my own VPS? I have tried uploading the file to facebook via "Invite email contacts" and got blocked for two days for unknown reason :/

I'm trying to invite this people to my Facebook page.

Yes, you can manually import a csv and it works fine
 
Whoa.. it's kinda expensive with 150k people.. :/
 
Do you want to exchange your email list with me, I have an verified email list too.
