How to use amazing source--emai

So I have a friend, and she has access to untapped 10,000+ email addresses extraordinarily and volunteerly given for seeking higher education.

What is the best software to use to take advantage of this situation in terms of emailing so many people. I know that there is MailChimp, but is that really good for situations like this?

Also, what would be the best affiliate to use?

I'm new, and I'm trying to learn everything all at once, I've been spending 10+ hours a day just loading my brain up with information. I appreciate your help!
