How to use aged web 2.0 properly?

I got several Tumblr and Blogspot that around 3+ year old and have high PA around 30, how to use it? Should I use it for T1 backlink directly to moneysite post? or as T2 to forum post or other public post backlink?

This Tumblr and Blogspot is in clean slate, no old post, and the old niche will be different than my money site.

My suggestion:

Web 2.0 Property is not related to your niche means you can use this properties as Tier 2 links to other public post backlink.
 
You can point them directly to main site.
Need to check tf & rd if tf=0, rd=0 than they are useless moz really sucks.
 
You can build some posts (30 or more for each) in order to become them legit and use them like T1.

For T2, how much I have to post on each before using it as backlink T2? How many words?

Wow that's a lot. How many words each post should be?
 
DA of every Blogspot is the same. And PA 30 isn't like sheer minimum for Blogspot? With web 2.0s, Blogspot in particular, it's either 1 or 30+. So having PA (which is a completely pointless metric by the way) of 30 means nothing. Check referring domains, check the backlinks and then work on them. Could very well be just a waste of time.

dont make 30 posts. it will most likely get removed by uncompetent web platform moderator.

make couple posts max per one web.
 
how about for tier 1. I think its really good link juice
 
If you've built backlinks to these web2.0 properties then I would add new content of your niche and use them as tier1 links. If they don't have backlinks, you can as well create new niche relevant web2.0 properties for tier1. For tier2 you can use them, too, but with no backlink power it has little value.
 
PA30 isn't high PA, it's low PA. High PA is PA40 and above.

You've been doing negative SEO on yourself.
