Hi guys,
Been doing research on farming paypal accounts but it looks like there are sending & receiving limits for *new* verified paypal accounts. Then I came across VBA's and thought maybe this might be the solution.
Question: Can I send $500-$5k to a VBA and then use the VBA to wire funds to an online site?
